PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte accused lawmakers of "posturing" in their investigations into the government's spending of the response funds for the Covid-19 pandemic and vowed to audit all state-run agencies, including the Commission on Audit (CoA), if he gets elected as vice president.
In a prerecorded speech in mixed Filipino and English late Thursday night, Duterte told the people not to believe in the investigations because "nothing will come out of them anyway."
