The Manila Police District on Thursday, August 26 arrested a barangay (village) chief and three others for stealing ayuda (financial aid) during the enhanced community quarantine.
Nabbed were Mario Simbulan, chairman of Barangay 608, Zone 61 of District 6 in Sta. Ana Manila; Ma. Cristina Zara, council member; Isagani Darilay, executive officer; and a certain John Mark Nagera.
