The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the Province of Pampanga will make their partnership official on Tuesday, August 31 as they sign the memorandum of agreement (MoA) for the planned September 1 restart of games at the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) in Bacolor.
