BACOLOD CITY: A man was beheaded Tuesday night on the same spot where a policeman was shot dead Sunday afternoon at Rosario Street, Barangay 38, Bacolod City.
Police Station 1 chief Maj. Ramel Sarona said the decapitation was witnessed by some residents in the area at 9:15 p.m.
