CATARMAN: To accommodate the increasing air transport demand in Northern Samar, the Department of Transportation (DoTr) and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) completed the rehabilitation projects in the Catarman Airport amid the pandemic.
Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade led the inaugural ceremony on Thursday, September 2, along with CAAP Director General Capt. Jim Sydiongco and several local government officials.
