LISTED Converge ICT Solutions Inc. signed a P3-billion term loan agreement with state-owned Land Bank of the Philippines to fund its fiber network expansion.
In a filing to the exchange, the fiber internet provider said the loan package will be used to complete its terrestrial and subsea domestic fiber backbone network and support its working capital requirements.
