DAVAO CITY: Authorities arrested a barangay kagawad (village councilor) during a buy-bust at his residence in Purok 4, Barangay Camudmud, Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte on Friday night.
The suspect was identified by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 11 spokesman Noli Dimaandal as Allan Ajos Cuberos alias Allan, 51 years old.
