Dear PAO,
I was watching the news the other day with my inquisitive 10-year-old son. The reporter was asked who his "source" was for his news report, but he begged off from answering. Both my son and I were left confused. Does the reporter have a legal basis to do so? I want to give my son a concrete answer so as to fuel his desire for knowledge.
