THE Department of Education (DepEd) is targeting to increase the utilization of TV and radio-based materials to further support the implementation of blended learning for School Year 2021-2022.

The students have the right to all learning opportunities)," Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones said during a Senate hearing.
