Deputy Speaker and Cagayan de Oro Second District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez has urged President Rodrigo Duterte to order the release of about P160 billion in so-called "For Later Release" (FLR) funds.
In a statement on Friday, he said, "The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has effectively hijacked these funds by withholding them. The President should direct the DBM to immediately release the money," he said.
