Auto sales for the month of August suffered a decline as a result of the strict community quarantine restrictions put in place.
According to the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI) and Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA), vehicle sales in August declined by 11.5 percent year-on-year and 26.3 percent month-on-month.
