DURING the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) 114th founding anniversary, Procter & Gamble Philippines (P&G) donated 4,000 personal protective equipment suits and its newest health-care product innovation, Vicks First Defence, to PGH to help protect frontliners in one of the hospitals that receives the most severe cases in Metro Manila.

On top of Vicks First Defence and hygiene kits worth over two P2 million, P&G also recently turned over to PGH Foundation funding to help construct urgently needed decontamination showers in PGH's Emergency Room (ER) Complex and sewer ejection system for their OB-Emergency Room Complex, which is now being used as an interim Covid-19 ER.
