THE Senate on Monday moved to place Chinese businessman Michael Yang on a watch list after he failed to attend the probe on his alleged involvement in the overpriced medical supply.

Yang failed to attend yesterday's resumption of the inquiry because his blood pressure shot up, according to his lawyer, Raymond Fortun.
