THE executive committee of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman on Tuesday issued a statement opposing the nomination of Presidential Spokesman Herminio "Harry" Roque Jr. to the International Law Commission (ILC).
The UP-Diliman's executive committee is composed of the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellors, the Deans and Directors of Colleges and Schools, the University Registrar and three members at-large elected by the University Council.
