THE Department of Justice (DoJ) has issued an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against former Presidential Economic and Business adviser Michael Yang and seven others allegedly involved in the alleged overpricing of medical supplies.
"I have earlier released an ILBO addressed to the BI [Bureau of Immigration] covering the persons of Messrs. Lloyd Christopher Lao and seven others, as requested by Senate President [Vicente "Tito"] Sotto 3rd," Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said.
