TARLAC CITY: Determined to pursue the fight against Covid-19, the Sangguniang Panlungsod (city council) decided to use its budget for foreign travel this year to procure supplies to curb the virus.
Resolution 8-35-400 was adopted as an offshoot of a letter of Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Genaro Mendoza to members of the city council requesting realignment of the foreign travel fund under the offices of the legislative department.
