Greenpeace has warned that saving the planet from the current climate and environmental crisis has become more complex.

"With this 50th year (of Greenpeace) being celebrated, we have to remind ourselves that much work needs to be done. Greenpeace exists because this fragile Earth and the people who depend on a healthy planet deserve a voice. The world needs solutions. The world needs positive change. The world needs action. Greenpeace exists in many key battlegrounds, involving battles we cannot afford to lose," said Yeb Saño, executive director of Greenpeace Southeast Asia, during the Pandesal Forum titled "Environmental Issues in the Philippines and Asia" on Wednesday.
