As a Globe postpaid subscriber, I looked forward to the day the telco would incorporate all their apps into one. At the Globe Innovation Fest, Globe unveiled the new GlobeOne Super app, which combines the features and experiences of all existing apps - GlobeOne, TM, Globe at Home and Globe Rewards. I find this very convenient as I don't need to check my broadband and mobile accounts in two separate apps. The new app aims to be the one app that would allow Globe customers to access all their essential transactions and accounts, such as topping up their prepaid mobile or broadband plans, redemption of rewards or payment of bills. I found the Globe at Home useful in the time of enhanced community quarantine. Request to check my slow connection got resolved within three days.

"With an app that has everything, we made sure the experience is easy for our customers for their everyday use," said Juuya Reyes of the GlobeOne Super App. With the Super App, customers can have better access to Globe Rewards such as KonsultaMD, game pins and discounts to restaurants. I hope this has a better customer user experience because I could never redeem any of my rewards.
