GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite: Anti-illegal drugs operatives arrested two foreign nationals and a Filipino accomplice on Tuesday night in Lancaster Village, Barangay Navarro here.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspects as Ghanaian Stephen Michaels, alias Sam, 36; Nigerian Agbe Monday Patrick, alias Liberty, 27; and Filipina Roca Kaylene Glynnis Mejia, 30, a call center agent.
