BAGUIO CITY: The Cordillera office of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB-CAR) disclosed eight of the nine declared Minahang Bayan (MB) sites in the region are not yet operational.
According to the MGB-CAR, the eight MB still lack the required free prior and informed consent (FPIC) from the Indigenous Peoples (IPs) and the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).
