Attending that Zoom edition two weekends ago of the legendary Pandesal Forum of the 82-year-old Kamuning Bakery Café would have been a must. Special guest was Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Andrea Domingo (whom we her colleagues in the First Quarter Storm would dearly call Didi), she who I would rush to listen come hell or high water, save that attendance in that instance was not one you would do with not so much with a few change in your pocket for a taxi fare, but rather, with so much expertise in your head to manipulate electronic gadgets to keep abreast with the discussions.

Yes, that's Zoom conferencing, any which way you'd like to call it, which any millennial adept at hi-tech IT methodologies (cables, mikes, earphones and all) would love to dabble in but which an 80-year-old surviving penpusher like me, who had just about finished learning the semantics of computer encoding, would certainly find too complicated for comfort.
