Urban poor group airs support for Isko

A recently formed coalition of different groups from the urban poor sector threw its support behind the presidential bid of Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso in next year's national elections.

The "Pinoy Ako, Isko Tayo" coalition was launched at the Lupang Arenda in Taytay, Rizal, over the weekend.

"Layon ng grupong ito na maging pangunahing behikulo ng kampanya sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao patungo sa tagumpay at tunay na pagbabago (The goal of this group is to serve as the vehicle of the campaign in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao towards success and genuine change)," lead convenor Mik Rivera said.
