Nope. Abunda isn't eyeing a Senate seat, even though he's been invited to run for the national post many elections past. He is quick to admit to his own inadequacies (not his intellectual abilities, of course) and says, "I don't have the tenacity for it, nor the strength. I don't have money. I don't have a national political organization."
