DESPITE the pandemic, poll watchdog National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) has expressed its readiness to help ensure a fair, honest and peaceful election in next year's presidential polls.
Namfrel president Gus Lagman also disclosed on Tuesday that they would file this week a petition for accreditation as Comelec's citizens' arm for the 2022 national and local elections.
