GOKONGWEI'S RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) on Tuesday said it received the highest rating of "PRS Aaa with a Stable Outlook" from the Philippine Rating Services Corp.
In a filing to the exchange, the recently listed real estate investment trust (REIT) noted that the PRS Aaa (corp.) deems RCR to have a "very strong capacity to meet its financial commitments relative to that of other Philippine corporations."
