THE Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) has expressed in its recent public consultation with various cooperatives and stakeholders, their intention to create a special type of secondary cooperative, Technology Service Cooperative (TSC).
In a statement, CDA said the latest plan is part of its initiative to create at least 15 registered cooperatives. The TSC will focus providing technology services to members.
