Sen. Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri will seek reelection as an independent next year.
As he filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) on Wednesday, the majority floor leader said he hopes to be adopted by other political parties after the coalition of Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson's Partido Reporma and Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd's Nationalist People's Coalition expressed intention to support his bid.
