LEGAZPI CITY: President Rodrigo Duterte led the opening of P4.7 billion Bicol International Airport (BIA) in Barangay Alobo, Daraga town on Thursday, more than five years after the President held the ground breaking ceremony in 2016.
Duterte, accompanied by Sen. Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go, arrived at BIA past 5 p.m. to grace the opening of the international airport.
