BACOLOD CITY: The 2022 elections is a family affair in the fifth district of Negros Occidental.
As the filing of candidacy ended on October 8, records of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) showed that there is a daughter and father tandem in La Castellana as Mayor Rhumyla Mangilimutan chose her father, former mayor Alberto Nicor Jr. as her running mate under Team Arangka.
