MEXICO CITY: Tropical Storm "Pamela" is expected to slam into the western coast of Mexico as a hurricane early Wednesday morning, possibly bringing life-threatening surges and dangerous winds as it makes landfall, the US National Hurricane Center (NHC) warned.
