AGRICULTURAL damage and losses due to severe tropical storm "Maring" (Internationa Name: Kompasu) has reached P1.2 billion, according to the Department of Agriculture (DA).
The DA said Maring has affected 40,229 farmers and fishers in Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Bicol Region and Western Visayas.
