THE Philippines' inflation rate for 2020 was 2.6 percent. Headline inflation in August 2021, jumped to 4.9 percent from 4.0 percent in July 2021. There is no question that inflation has always been a part of our lives. Sometimes it is tamed at other times it runs wild. How do we protect ourselves from inflation and win over it?
