Dear PAO,

I am a public school teacher. I have a debt to a credit company. After I defaulted in the payment, they filed a complaint at the small claims court. A decision was rendered in their favor. Later, a writ of execution was issued, and my bank account where my entire salary from the Department of Education (DepEd) is deposited was garnished. May the court garnish my entire salary? Please enlighten me.
