PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte called on his supporters to be patient "amid difficult times," and the unresolved leadership issue and infighting hounding the ruling Partido Demokratiko Pilipino Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) political party.
The party is waiting for the decision of the Commission on Elections on the petition filed by the wing led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi to declare the faction led by Sen. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao "illegitimate."
