mWell PH, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation's new and fully integrated health and wellness mobile app in the country, is fast becoming the go-to-app among celebrity moms who value health and put a premium on family wellness.

Beauty queen, model, actress, TV host and new mom Miriam Quiambao-Roberto says she has become an avid app user, explaining, "From doctor consultations to wellness tips, I'm amazed at the many features this app offers."

She says she uses the app for everything that concerns her family's healthcare and wellness requirements.

"It really eases the strain and anxiety of being a new parent with 24/7 access to doctors and parenting tips and articles," Quiambao enthused.

Other celebrity moms who have made mWell their go-to-app likewise include Nina Corpuz, Ara Mina, Sunshine Cruz, Geneva Cruz, Nikki Valdes, and Empress Shuck.

Launched only in July, Metro Pacific happily informed The Manila Times Lifestyle that the app now caters to thousands of patients.

In its bid to make quality healthcare available to as many Filipinos as possible, the mWell is already preparing for the holiday season with the "Gift of mWellness" promotion. The promo will use Facebook for a wider reach and give away health and wellness gift items like air purifiers, UV-C lamps, e-vouchers from Southstar Drug and PhilCare to new downloaders.

These new users who register on the app and then upload their photo along with their mWell homepage on the Facebook promo page will vie for these free gifts.

Moreover, Gift of mWellness packages are now available through November 30 and will entitle recipients to three doctor video consultations for P249. The partner-doctors come from Metro Pacific Hospital Holdings Inc.'s vast network of top health institutions across the country, namely Makati Medical Center, Cardinal Santos, Asian Hospital and Medical Center De Los Santos Medical Center, Manila Doctors Hospital and Marikina Valley Medical Center, CareSpan, PhilCare, and Keralty Clinic. Its digital health ecosystem is supported by a powerhouse of top names in technology, including CareSpan, Telus, Ping An and LotusFlare.

Doctors and data scientists from Aktivo as well as Olympians, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness experts, and doctors from multi-awarded app active8me, back mWell's wellness programs. As such, users get daily fitness and nutrition plans, workout videos, and calorie-controlled recipes on the platform.

And very soon, users will have their own personal health tracker on the app via daily mWellness scores based on the program's analysis of total physical activities and sleep.

mWell's goal of promoting the well-being of the Filipinos is aligned with the MPIC Group's commitment to contribute to the achievement of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. It also supports the MVP Group's Gabay Kalusugan advocacy to bring quality and affordable healthcare to Filipinos by providing convenient access to doctors without leaving home to go to a clinic or hospital. Using the mWell PH app ensures that patients, wherever they may be in the country, can easily reach experts and receive essential medical advice.

The app is available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
