THE government granted Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. "unwarranted benefits" when it awarded over P8 billion worth of contracts to the firm despite having only P625,000 paid-up capital.

Sen. Richard "Dick" Gordon stressed this on Tuesday as he released the preliminary findings of the blue ribbon committee investigation on the overpriced medical supplies that the government bought from Pharmally.
