SAMAL, Bataan: The local government of Samal announced on Monday that the irrigation problem of farmers is being addressed.
Mayor Aida Macalinao said members of the Imelda Irrigators Service Association have approached her about their problem and promised to help the farmers because agriculture is her "top priority." She said she wants to transform the town as an agritourism spot and the food basket in Bataan.
