AYALA Group's AC Energy Corp. on Wednesday announced its increased ownership in three wind farms in Ilocos province as part of the company's efforts to boost its renewables attributable capacity.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Wednesday, AC Energy (ACEN) said it has approved the acquisition of its partners' stake in Northwind Power Development Corp. and all the Philippine operating and development assets of UPC Philippines Wind Investment Co. B.V.
