MARAGONDON, Cavite: Fifteen persons were caught fishing illegally by members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Cavite in simultaneous operations on Wednesday, October 20, here and in the waters off Ternate town.
Fbca Dexwin Ace, a motorized boat, was impounded for illegal fishing off Carabao Island and El Fraile in Maragondon.
