THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) isn't showing any signs of slowing down with its recovery operations.

Days after severe tropical storm "Maring" wreaked havoc in the region of Northern Luzon, PRC has continuously given aid to more than 6,000 individuals in six different provinces including Baguio, Abra, Benguet, Palawan, La Union and Ilocos Sur.
