Leasing of Megaworld office spaces expands

Andrew Tan-led Megaworld Corp. said its office lease target expanded by 12 percent during the first nine months of the year despite the reimposition of stricter quarantine restrictions during the period.

In a disclosure on Monday, the property giant said the take ups of its office leasing segment, Megaworld Premier Offices, stood at 214,000 square meters (sqm) in January to September or higher than the 191,00 sqm take up year-on-year.
