MANILA Mayor Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso on Tuesday asked the national pandemic task force to press charges against officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) who approved the reopening of the Manila Baywalk dolomite beach for disregarding rules limiting crowd numbers.
Domagoso also said the strip of artificial white sand was reopened without consulting with the city government.
