PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Tuesday expressed hope the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) will approve his proposal to exempt from quarantine returning Filipinos and visitors from North America.
Concepcion said that being a big market for airlines, North America could help local carriers recover from huge losses incurred during the pandemic, when lockdowns prevented people from traveling to various parts of the country.
