Riseup celebrates pushing women to be fit

FILIPINO women take a big and challenging role during the pandemic. With lockdowns that have practically kept the family inside the home to help flatten the curb of Covid-19 cases, the women inside every home have suddenly become caretakers of sick family members while ensuring that the rest maintain an active lifestyle in order for them to be productive.

Riseup Shape Up was mounted in October last year as a challenge to keep women and girls properly informed, educated and made aware on how to maintain an active lifestyle.
