The local stock index returned to negative territory on Wednesday as some heavyweights declined and amid the drop of neighboring Asian indices.
The bellwether Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) lost 0.3 percent or 21.95 points to 7,230.15, while the wider All Shares dipped 0.06 percent or 2.7 points to end at 4,453.82.
