MANILA Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso said he envisions a country whose citizens will slip back to some sense of normality amid the pandemic.

If he wins in the presidential race, Domagoso pledged to exert all efforts to ensure that Filipinos will "live normal lives by the end of next year."
