EEI Energy to supply power to plastic firm

EEI Energy Solutions Corp. bagged a contract to supply retail power to Genstar Manufacturing Corp., a Valenzuela-based manufacturer of plastic packaging.In a disclosure on Wednesday, EEI Energy parent firm EEI Corp. said this is the second customer in their portfolio that went through initial switching.It also said Genstar, the fourth customer of the startup EEI Energy, opted to switch to retail electricity supply.

"We are truly honored to having been given the privilege of helping the company realize savings in their power bills and funds which it can use in other aspects of its operation," said EEI Energy President Cris Noel Torres.
