When asked to rate, on a scale of 1 to 5 — with 5 denoting most valued — the attributes they are looking for in any generic candidate, independent of their presidential preferences, the highest rated are trustworthiness (with an average rating of 4.815) and the possession of good morals and values (with an average of 4.810).
