PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Thursday said the drop in new cases of Covid-19 shows that strict measures earlier imposed by the government in Metro Manila are working, creating a pathway to a merry Christmas this year.
Concepcion, who is also the founder of Go Negosyo, said the plunge in new Covid-19 cases to just 1,591 on November 3 is vindication for his controversial call for an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) in August.
