WITH over decades of experience in farming, Agriculture Secretary William Dar has been advocating for various programs to transform and elevate the country's farm and fishery sector. Under his leadership as the country's food czar, he vowed to continue working on reforms that will increase farmers' income and enable them to produce more food for Filipino households. Last October 15, in celebration of the World Food Day, Dar reaffirmed his commitment to transform Philippine agriculture and help boost the resiliency of the country's agri-fishery sector.
